This program is subject to an EFT debit on the day of sign up every month. To receive special pricing, all memberships must remain active for a minimum of four (4) consecutive months. This is a term contract, which will be automatically converted into an open-ended contract.
Any no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a loss of that tan for the month.
Memberships are non-transferrable, non-refundable and can not be shared.
Unused tans do not roll over to the next month.
